About Eagle River

Eagle River, Inc. is a construction and real estate development firm located in Chicago. Fully licensed and insured, we serve clients in the greater Chicago area, including Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan.

Our portfolio of quality work includes a range of residential and commercial projects, from painting, tile, custom flooring, and kitchen and bath rehabs…to full-scale renovations and new construction. We provide many services, including:

• Blueprints and drawings
• Materials
• Construction, painting, etc.

While many general contractors hire other contractors to perform much of the work, we at Eagle River do most of the renovation work ourselves. Our combined years of experience provides the capabilities to handle nearly any contracting job, big or small.
